For years, I’ve been the go-to person in the group chat. The one colleagues call when they’re stuck on strategy, chasing a tough account, or trying to make sense of a new market segment.
I’ve helped early-stage GTM teams build their first pipeline, launched category-defining products in complex industries, tested thousands of paid and free tactics, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with sales leaders to hit targets that felt impossible. Whether it’s ABM, messaging, targeting, or full-funnel strategy—I’m the one people call when they need a sharp answer that actually moves the needle.
Until now, I haven’t had a place to share that thinking more broadly.
Not the polished, corporate version—just the real stuff.
What I’ve seen work. What I’ve tested. What I know to be true.
So I am starting Field Notes.
I named this space Field Notes with specific intention.
I'm a plant lover, a nature obsessive, a city girl with farm dreams. I believe in tending to what matters—whether it's crops, careers, or companies. Growth takes intention. It takes repetition. It takes care.
And in business?
It takes sharp strategy, cross-functional trust, and tactics that are rooted in reality. Especially in the markets I play in—insurance, AI, pharma, banking—where growth is hard-won, not handed out.
This blog is a space to share those hard-won insights. A place to distill years of GTM work—across marketing, sales, and RevOps—into real, repeatable guidance for the people trying to do big things with small teams.
